Delivery Times
Once your order is successfully processed and paid for, our courier partners aim to deliver your products within 2 to 3 business day.
Delivery occurs on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Delivery Fees

The standard delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Remote/Outlying Area Surcharge
Please note that deliveries to most remote or outlying areas will attract an additional surcharge of R50.00. This fee will be added to your total shipping cost at checkout once your delivery address is entered.
Courier and Delivery Attempts

Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts to your specified address.
Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If all three delivery attempts fail, the courier will return the goods to our warehouse.
In this event, your order will be cancelled, and we will process a refund for the cost of the goods, less any actual delivery fees, the R50 remote area surcharge (if applicable), and any reasonable restocking fees incurred by Easybuyza.
If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order on our website.

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
1. Unworn or unused
2. With tags still attached
3. In its original packaging and resealable

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@easybuyza.co.za so we can evaluate the issue and promptly make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products (special orders)
Personal care goods (like beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@easybuyza.co.za for assistance.
